PrDP Category P
Every driver holds a valid Professional Driving Permit for transporting learners.
Operating licence
Issued by the provincial Regulatory Entity — required by law for scholar transport.
Roadworthy & licensed vehicles
Current roadworthy certificate and licence disc on every vehicle, checked annually.
Background-checked drivers
Criminal record checks, including against the National Register for Sex Offenders.
Seatbelts for every seat
No vehicle carries more learners than it has working seatbelts for.
First aid & fire safety on board
First aid kit and fire extinguisher in every vehicle, as required by law.
